BOB Gear Box Car Challenge

This time of year it is often difficult to get outdoors. Rainy and/or cold weather could keep you inside more than you prefer and we all know that too much time inside means…STIR CRAZY KIDS!

How about a fun activity for you and the kids to occupy those indoor hours?

I am challenging YOU to a BOB Gear Box Car Challenge!

My little guy and I created the one you see below in less than an hour and I have to say, it was so nice to unplug and spend time with him, uninterrupted.

Forget less than pleasant weather, how about the fact that we ALL need to unplug from electronics more often? This challenge aims at doing just that, spending more sweet time with your little’s.  Oh, and for you competitive Mom’s and Dad’s, feel free to create your own car. You’re never too old for a box-car! We would love to see side-by-side pictures of you racing your little ones!

5 Easy Steps to Create Your Own BOB Gear Box Car:

Step 1. Get your supplies together!

  • BOB Gear Stroller Box (OR, if you no longer have yours, any LARGE box will do!)

  • Child-safe scissors

  • Markers

  • Glue Stick OR Hot Glue Gun (if you’re the crafty type!)

  • Creativity!

Step 2.  Bring in the kids!

Step 3.  Use your creativity to make your BOB Gear Box Car UNIQUE! If you’re secretly a hot-rod fan and want lightning bolts down the side, go for it! Maybe you turn your BOB Gear Box Car into a Mom-mobile that looks just like your mini-van. Hey, there is no shame in loving your mini-van! After all, it carries you, your family, your pet(s) and even your BOB Gear stroller, on adventure after adventure. Show it some love!

Step 4.  Take some FUN pictures of your little ones, or YOU, in your BOB Gear Box Car!
