FORT MILL, S.C. – November 20, 2018: BOB Gear by Britax is pleased to announce it has resolved the lawsuit with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) without a recall or corrective action plan. BOB Gear jogging strollers are safe when used as instructed and we stand behind the quality of our brand.

BOB Gear is launching an Information Campaign (“Campaign”) on January 10, 2019 via BOB Gear’s website and social media channels. The Campaign will feature an educational video to further instruct consumers on how to safely and correctly operate the front quick release on strollers made before September 30, 2015 in accordance with the instructions and warnings contained in the user guides. In order to promote the effectiveness of the Campaign, BOB Gear will offer certain incentives to eligible participants upon completion of the Campaign.
