Recipe: Grilled Asparagus with Coconut Oil

It’s all about fresh flavors for old favorites to make them new and exciting again. High in Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A and Vitamin C, asparagus is a great go-to vegetable for families on the go.

Active Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
1 bunch Fresh Asparagus
1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
½ teaspoon Sea Salt
Wash and trim the asparagus and peel the bottom 2” with a vegetable peeler.
Place in a shallow pan and dress with the coconut oil, balsamic vinegar and salt
Heat a grill pan on high and grill the asparagus, turning with tongs until marked on all sides.
