Recipe: Sweet Potato ‘Fries’

These healthy oven baked ‘fries’ are even better than the deep fried version and way healthier! Try white sweet potatoes for a special treat.
Sweet potato fries 2

Prep time: 10 minutes
Active time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
2 large Sweet PotatoesSweet potato fries
1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
Preheat the oven to 450F
Cut the sweet potatoes into wedges
Rub with the coconut oil, sprinkle with salt and place in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Place in the hot oven for 15 minutes, take out and scrape loose to turn with a spatula, they will stick a little
Bake until crispy on the outside and cooked through, another 15 to 2o minutes.
